PAYMENT DUE

That Matthews woman who bleeted 'racism' with the incident that sparked debate about the burqa and its concealing nature and legal ramifications has today had her bid in claiming legal costs thrown out. 
Carnita Matthews was pulled over in 2010 for failing to display her P plates, she was wearing her uniform/tarpaulin at the time.  The policeman who was unfortunate enough to pull her over then became the subject of racism claims and much debate on what and who is actually under the burqa.  A long and costly court case ensued with Matthews walking away as it was uncertain whether it was her under that black tarpaulin/burqa or not.     
        She may have walked away with no conviction against her but she did enlighten the problems we see regarding the burqa.  It was then decided and a Bill passed in NSW that when a person(I won't say woman as we don't know who the hell is under there) wearing the burqa is pulled over she/he will remove it and she/he will identify themselves to police.
     Today is a small victory for common sense and considering it was the same Judge today who has made her pay court costs is the same Judge who ruled in her favour in ruling that ascertained that it was near impossible to say whether it was her (Matthews) under that burqa the night she was pulled over.

FOOTNOTE:
I could make a budget out for her so she is able to pay back the court costs.  First, take about 500 a fortnight out of her welfare payments (if she gets it, gag!) and then get Stephen Hopper, her lawyer, to sign off on a barter system,  falafel for fees and within 3mths, paid off the $10,000 plus.

83 Assault-rapes in Oslo committed by non Western males.

OSLO, NORWAY: In a recent police report that was published recently (June 2011) it stated that in Oslo all assault rapes in the past year had been committed by males that  hail from rag-tag countries, those on the fringe of society, unemployed, asylum seekers.  It is often these 'asylum seekers' who are responsible.
   86 assault rapes committed between 2005-2010 and where rapist could be identified there has been 83 of those that were committed by man of foreign origin, of non western appearance, almost all the women assault-raped were of ethnic Norwegians.   
    One woman recounted how her Pakastani rapist had told her quote;" he had the right to do exactly as he wanted to a woman" why? "because that is how it was in his Religion, women did not have rights or opinions, he was in charge" and in April 2010 four women were assault-raped on the same night, all non western appearance and all still not caught.
As I read this article I cannot help but get angry at our Govt. for not taking the issue of asylum seekers seriously, our self serving leftist Govt. led by Julia Gillard are doing us no favors by allowing these muslim country shopping 'asylum seekers' into this country. 
It must be like a giant big lolly shop to these creatures, they cannot keep their hands off the sweets, maybe we should adopt Sharia and cut off their hands for taking what is not theirs, oh, wait!, rape needs at least 4male witnesses doesn't it?. 
I say we should all take to the streets and tell this dopey Dillard we have had enough asylum seekers too, do we have to get to the stage of our Northern friends before we act, and by then it will be way too late.

  Are you racist if you love your country and do not want it to change,  are you racist if you query the Govt.s proposed MC laws. There has been a 10yr study going on into whether or not us Aussies are racist, good money down the drain when I can tell you for free that we are not racist.   
                I speak for myself and I do take offense to be called a racist, just because a person may harbor negative feelings towards certain faiths or certain people does not, repeat, does not mean that that they harbor those feelings for every single one of every single race and faith.  Unless of course there is now selective racism?
               There are anti-islam sites/pages just like there are anti Jewish and Christianity sites, anti-asylum seekers/country shopper pages, there are anti-gay sites and anti-straight sites, there are anti-bogan sites and anti blonde sites, anti Left wing and Right wing sites there are anti-anti pages search 'anti' and I am sure you will find too many to count, people have different views on things and that is fair enough.  My gripe is being called a racist when the only 'crime' committed to warrant such a label as racist is not wanting minorities to have better different facilities or specialist treatment. That goes across the board. 
            We know that as a country Australians are decent, generous and giving and some feel that the generosity we give is being abused and that our way of life is being eroded. Many are made to feel uncomfortable in the areas they have grown up in. The frustration many feel is evident by the way the threads and posts erupt into attacks and abuse. They are fed up.  
           Why can't we have our own Aussie culture which to me is backyard bbq's with lamb chops, Aussies with bare shoulders in cool cotton dresses, Christmas time with Santa photos, fruitcake and plenty of ham for everyone.  
               Also if MC is so great how come we only see migration to our Western Nations, why don't those who want to embrace MC go to countries other than Western?, because they know that only the West does not discriminate on who they bring into their countries, muslim nations on the other hand to say are not welcoming to non-muslims would be an understatement.  
                 Why are they not called racist.  

                 It seems like it is a one way street, No Right Turn, Stay Left.   It is now time for a two way street, time to get to the roundabout and change direction and balance this out.
