2010, a bit of what I remember
It has been a year that has flown by and I do not know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.
JANUARY On the other side of the globe we had the Haiti earthquake killing more than 200,000
Haiti http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2010/01/13/world/main6089979.shtml
FEBRUARY Saw another earthquake, this time in Chile. The Vancouver Winter Olympics were also in Feb and we Aussies did the best we have ever done in Winter sports with two medals and we even won the 'right' to fly our boxing Kangaroo. Feb was the month when a Hamas militant was killed in a Dubai hotel and Aussie passports were used

MARCH Iraq elections http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/03/26/iraq-to-release-full-elec_n_514342.html
APRIL Carl Williams gangland killer was himself murdered in his prison cell in Victoria, Gushing oil spill from a Gulf of Mexico rig which was an environmental disaster and April also seen Kevin Rudd delaying the ETS

Kevin Rudd http://www.smh.com.au/environment/climate-change/rudds-ets-flipflop-sparks-climate-chaos-20100428-tsgu.html
MAY Was more cheerie with our own Jessica Watson sailing lone around the world in her "Pink Lady" and the UK going slightly conservative with the new PM David Cameron.

JUNE Was the month for the World Cup, this time in South Africa. Also that month in South Africa we had a group of muslims trying to stop the publication of cartoons of mohammed, and, they failed. In June we wept for our troops when we lost three of our finest in a chopper crash in Afghanistan. ..... and we wept when Julia Gillard became PM by stabbing Rudd in the back.
Muslims being a pest again http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/8696763.stm

JULY we began to hear the name Julian Assange and I did not like what I heard.
Assange http://news.cnet.com/8301-1009_3-20011594-83.html
AUGUST Had one young woman claiming sexual misconduct against David Jones, she was awarded a settlement in Oct this year. More floods in Pakistan and the death of two more of our diggers in Afghanistan. On the 21st August we had the first hung parliament since WW2 so that must give you an indication on how divided we are. There was the Chile mine collapse on Aug 5 trapping 33 miners 2,300ft below ground. The men remained underground for almost 10weeks before being rescued, a truly remarkable story of survival.

SEPTEMBER We had another earthquake this time in New Zealnd and so lucky no-one was killed although over 500 building were destroyed. Rather lucky I would say and we in Australia had our own cyclone of sorts known as Juliar, yes, in September Labor took power through back door dealings and under the table handshakes. In the sports arena we seen a draw in the AFL

OCTOBER We head to Delhi for the Commonwealth Games where many countries and athletics pulled out through fears of terrorism, our own great Dame Joan Sutherland died aged 83 after a long illness, Mary McKillop becomes a Saint and the Aussie $ is the same as the US$ for the first time since it was floated in 1983. A volcano and tsumai hit Indonesia

NOVEMBER Hillary comes to Australia for Defence and Security talks. Prince William became engaged to longtime girlfriend Kate Middleton and on the other end of the spectrum we have North Korea engaging in live fire. 29 die in a New Zealand mining tragedy

Getting Out Amongst It
Gnorm is famous, the little fella has made it into one of my favourite blogs, Gates Of Vienna
http://gatesofvienna.blogspot.com/2010/12/do-our-clothes-have-feelings.html
DEFENDING FREE SPEECH
So, these are the pro burqa movement mob, oh dear. I just may be in favor of the burqa after all.
http://australianidentity.net/general-discussion/call-to-action-looney-left-will-try-to-deface-burqa-mural/msg52298/#msg52298
They are morons, I tried to have a one on one a couple of times with them but nothing but personal insults and profanities who ooze from their fitlthy mouths, talk about needing soap and water!.
In one instance I tried to tell a woman I think it was, that islamic studies and ethics classes were slowly taking the place and eroding subjects such as Australian History. I was then bombarded with ANZAC's are f'ked. GGRAAHH. A friend and I tried to inform a gay guy that the very people he was defending would hang him from a telegraph pole as soon as look at him, his response was to stick his little finger in his mouth and seductively give my mate a look of, um, er, you have the visual don't you?!
I will say that we achieved our purpose which was to stop another defacing of the mural.

Today is BoobQuake Day
Just a quick little posting to say that today I am flaunting my uncovered flesh in an attempt to prove the mad Iranian cleric wrong in his belief that women who are scantily clad women are to blame for natural disasters such as earthquakes and floodings ect. ect. Stating that "many women who do not dress modestly ... lead young men astray, corrupt their chastity and spread adultery in society, which (consequently) increases earthquakes,", cleric Hojatoleslam Kazem Sedighi has pissed off many women. there is a FB page dedicated to BOOBQUAKE and so far has over 40,000 attending, I am one of them! :)
I would like to encourage all women to show as much cleavage as possible for the next 24hrs. Men are invited too :p
So get your breasts, boobs, titties, mammary glands, jugs, melons whatever you lovingly call your boosams out into the open and bounce them, jiggle them and have some fun with them today.
On a serious note it could also be a good time to check your boobies for any suspicious lumps and bumps.
P.S. this is my first blog and I am hoping to get the hang of it and work my way around the site, it will only get better with time. Be prepared for a few dummie spits along the way as I do not take kindly to Left wing do gooders who try to do good for everyone else except their own countrymen.
So have a great day and bare it all, don't be shy!
