Putting the brakes on muslim immigration for 10yrs?

                  
    Liberal leader Tony Abbott has backed ACT Liberal Senator Gary Humphries who last Thursday tabled a petition calling for a moratorium on Muslim immigration for the next 10yrs.  Although Humpheries himself does not support the petition but believes that Australians should have the right  to put forth their views to the Parliament.
                          Three Sydney-siders (should have asked me, I would have made four!) have called for a review of the immigration policy and have asked that prority be given to Christians.
                           Senator Humphries has many muslim friends who he hopes will continue to be his friends, and that he will call and meet with local muslims to allay their concerns.  He hopes they will understand that being a  member of the Federal Parliament he has an obligation to fulfill or place before the Parliament points of view of citizens. 
                    Sounds like the Senator is more concerned with the muslims in his electorate getting the shits with him than he is about garnering support for this petition, I will not be holding my breath for any positive outcomes for this one.  This is a headline grabber for yesterday and tomorrow it is forgotten, it may stir debate once again about muslim immigration and once agin the pot will be stirred by the Left who see any sort of debate about immigration as racist.
                         Good ol' Barnaby Joyce from the LNP said that he would support a ban or a moratorium on Muslim immigration for 10 years.  "I would be very circumspect to do that," he said. "I would be more likely to call for a ban on immigration altogether than start picking and choosing who you're going to have and who you're not going to have."
                    
                    My own view is that we are orf' our narnas' if we do not knock this immigration on the head now, today, immediately.  The majority of immigrants that arrive in Australia are muslims, over 95% of those that arrive by boat are muslims, and a large majority of the 'legal' ones are also from the muslim nations.  Of course muslim immigration has to be stopped, we are already being bred out of existence by them.  Makes me mad when I think of this Labor Govt.s blatant disregard for what the majority of aussies want and what this country needs.!

Burqa perfume!

              So who came up with this name for a perfume, Burqa, yep, the stinking Burqa.  As if the black garb is not on the nose to many of us already.
               The perfume was made by the SoOud Perfume House which perfumer Stephan Humbert Lucas founded in 2010 and I think it is provoking.  Seems strange that he would name a perfume Burqa when France has just banned the cloth.
                First instance that springs to mind for me when I think Burqa is, hidden, secret, alienated, covered, suspicious, drab,.  Not mysterious or enigmatic.


            I wonder what it smells like, what is the aroma, the scent?.
            I am going to close my eyes and image Burqa perfume, ready?!...., I sense the smell would be dusty, an earthy smell, spicy bitter tones with traces of olive and cedar wood.  It would be the colour of blood red and would be in every corner store, easy to find but would cost a fortune.
......and I gotta' know,  is it halal!? ;p

Valentines Day,

Who was this St. Valentine fella?
               I had to dig into this and found that the Catholic Church has at least three Saints named Valentine or Valentinus, all of whom were martyred. 
               One I like in particular is about a Priest who, when Emperor Claudius outlawed marriage for soldiers saying that single men made better fighters than married men with wives and families, Valentine defied the Emperor and continued to preform the marriage ceremonies for young lovers in secrecy.  When Claudius found out he ordered Valentine be put to death.
                 Another legend says that Valentine wrote the first Valentine greeting.  Whilst valentine was awaiting death he wrote a note or poem for a young woman he had fallen in love with, presumably the jailers daughter.  He signed the note "from your Valentine" 
                 Valentine embodies romance and his appeal was well under way by the middle ages when he was one of the most popular St's in England and France.

                  The date on which we celebrate Valentines Day has a couple of beliefs behind that also, one being that Valentines death occurred around the middle of February around 270 A.D and others say that the Church may have decided to celebrate Valentine's day in the middle of February in an effort to "christianize" celebrations of the pagan Lupercalia festival.

Valentines Day wouldn't be the same without Cupid, that cute little curley haired winged cherub with the bow and arrow.Cupid can be traced back to the days of the Roman Empire. Cupid is a Roman God, symbol of passionate love. The son of Venus (Godess Of Love), Cupid fell hopelessly and completely in love with Psyche, whom it happened was a mortal. This did not please Venus at all and she gave Psyche a particularly hard time, consistently tempting her and driving her off. Eventually, through a small series of human faults, Psyche was tempted to look into the "˜box of beauty' and when she did, she unleashed a deep slumber onto herself. Cupid then came to Earth and searched the world for her. He found her in her deep sleep. His love for her was so strong though that he was able to take the sleep from her and place it back into the box. Then he used an arrow to pierce her heart and awaken her.

The Burqa

 Let me get this off my chest first,......Get over yourself woman, who gives a flying frig what colour your hair is or if it is short and curly


       Going into the reasons as to how the burqa subjugates women, the oppression of it all and the ideological reasons of how and why the burqa sucks I will not venture into, I will leave that up to the experts.  I will not talk about culture clashes or how the burqa is some sort of backward throwback from centuries past.
        I will talk of when my eyes glace towards a woman dressed in the black sheet garb and how an immediate knot forms in my stomach and the hairs on the back of my neck (back of my neck I said, not back!) stand on end.  I shudder and have flashbacks to a bygone time of social settings that often had more than one instance of awkward moments and prolonged silences.  May as well be stark naked, standing there in the nuddie.  Both to me seem abnormal.
           Whether you belong to a nudist colony or run around naked at home when you go outside into the public arena you wear clothes.  Clothes have been around since Adam and Eve wore fig leaves, they are there to cover our private parts, our boobies and our fannies, clothes are made to keep us warm in Winter and clothes can be modified for Summer.  Clothes add a special something to us all.  It defines our personality, it gives others an indication of who we are, an addition to our identity.  Our individuality comes from the clothes we wear, the colours, the shapes, symbols, accessories and jewellery we add to them.  I see none of this with women who wear the burqa.  They are not individual, they are all drab and robotic, they do not exude happiness, they invoke in me a feeling of unhappiness and that unhappiness stems from a knowledge that without intervention by the powers that be our Western Nations will  engulfed with this death outfit, this morbid rag, this faceless silhouette.
        Smack bang in the middle of that silhouette we see what?, nothing.  Where is the face on a burqa clad woman, and is it a woman under there, it could be a monkey or a pogo-stick under there, could be a bloke or a eunuch even a coffin or a donkey could hide under one.   For even though it is our clothes that define us it is our face that tells you what we are thinking and feeling.  We look into peoples eyes and we see tears of joy and of sadness, we see smiles and frowns on those faces, ...we see people and each and every one is unique.   Eye contact and facial expressions are of  importance in how we relate to others while conversing and even in how we initially warm up to strangers..
        Like it or not first impressions count and a large proportion of those impressions come from the face.  Next time a child draws a picture look to see how the head and face are usually the main focal point, our brains are wired to remember faces they are not wired to play silly buggers and guessing games of what lurks beneath a black sheet.
         I cannot see any rational reasoning as to why these women persist in wearing it in our countries, a large percentage of them come from countries where they scream persecution and want freedoms that the West espouses and then when they get here they persist in bringing their old ways and code of dress with them, I find this very hypercritical and in some ways a big fat slap in the face to us.  Maybe it is my upbringing but the only women I would see with hair covered and dressed modestly was the Sisters, the Nuns, and they to me were women devoted to God, not women devoted to covering up because they think that any man that dares to look at their fat ankles or hairy chin with be immediately unable to control the passion that the sight of her would arouse. 
           Those of us who do not abide with these anal retentive dress codes are made to feel like sluts, no, not directly but the subtle insinuation that those of us who dress for the seasons and embrace the suns rays on our shoulders and enjoy wearing cool cotton dresses in Summer are the incarnate of some evil female seductress. There is a silent moral condemnation of women who do not wear the garb.  It says a lot for the men of  islam also, can't they control their urges.

        I will finish here and wish the burqa clad women all the best and I am sure that  if I could see your face you would be just like any other Muddle Eastern, North African or Asian woman I have seen, perhaps a little paler than most and in need of some sun rays but just your average run of the mill sheila nevertheless.  Oh, and by the way don't forget you may need a dose or supplement of Vitamin D at some time, sun is actually good for you....Everything is fine in moderation!
P.S.  I seriously doubt that the fires of hell will burn with more ferocity than ever before if I continue to dress in an appropriate manner for the climate and seasons.

Households may have to pay out up to $45,000 for curtains to be installed at a council pool so that the modesty of muslim women will not be compromised FFS and of course they will be in a women only special exercise. 

 
                       City of Monash won an exemption from EO laws and will run the specialty classes outside the normal rules of the pool.  The council says the privacy screen is needed for "cultural reasons".
                       Other councils have introduced these measures to appease the muslim population and I want to know why they can't pay for it themselves.  They pull in enough money from all the welfare and baby bonuses they get.  
                       Now this politically correct sickening Leftie mob at Monash has jumped on-board with the dhimmie crap.  Pissed off., such as Greater Dandenong asking a tribunal to approve a ban on uncovered shoulders and thighs for those attending a family event at a pool.  VCAT gave the green light this week for exercise classes to be held for women only at the Clayton Community Centre every second Sunday evening. .                  
                           Is this Australia anymore?, it does not feel like it to me.  Why are we changing for them, why are they not assimilating, where is the equality they speak of?. 
                           This is not equality, this is superiority.
                      New Hope Foundation director Ross Buscemi,,had lobbied for the sessions on behalf of Muslim women, mostly from African countries including Eritrea, Ethiopia and Sudan.  Apparently the frosted glass was not good enough for these poorly done by women, wonder how they went in their African nations when they wanted a swim or tub

                        Jack Davis President of the Ratepayers Ass.said it was disgraceful for councils to subsidise programs that segregated people.  "People come to Australia because it's a better place, So then you should become Australian and abide by the customs of Australia, not change Australia to suit your customs from another country." he said                              
                       Greg Male, Mayor of Monash said the council sought funding from the Victorian Multicultural Commission to help meet the $45,000 cost of curtains or blinds for the pool.  Similar women-only programs at public pools are run at Monash University, Dandenong Oasis recreation centre and the Don Tatnell Leisure Centre in Parkdale. . 
                This bend over and spread approach by our Govt. to these minorities really gets to me.
                I am sure there are plenty of people out there who would like more privacy at the pool but they have to grin and ' bare' it.... so, I say to these women, you grin and 'bare' it woman, and get with the Aussie program.

*  I do not want to swim in a pool after people, I don't care who they are have been swimming around in their clothes, it is not a washing machine, it is a pool.  Clothes are to be taken off, placed on the seat or in locker, swimming costume on and in ya' get!, Splash, swim, paddle, whatever.  but no, full clothed women who want screens for privacy and then continue to cover up.  Someone tell me the sense in that please?

Country Shoppers to help with clean-up?

Okey dokey, I wanted to keep this blog kinda' clean with no vulgar wording and smart-arse comments but today I hear that these ring-ins, these country-shoppers, these 'refugees', these 'asylum seekers' will maybe be released into the Lockyer Valley in Northern Queensland to help with the clean up after the floods.  Is this Federal Labor Party joking?, are they kidding? are they stupid and naive?, are they serious? This is an ill-conceived, illogical, impractical idea.

They can clean swine

       If the ring-ins say they will help clean some swine then maybe we could let those ones out. 
      How could Govt. possibly think of allowing these illegals into the community, and if Govt.wanted to assist the good people who have been devastated by this flood why don't they get the 1million people here with Temporary Visas to help out?, easy fixed.  No, this is a ploy by the Left to gradually and sneakily let the illegals out of Detention.   A broader program for later. 
     The Govt. wants these ring-ins out, It costs up to $150,000 a year to house a detainee (or close to $1 billion annually for all detainees) and that figure does not include numerous ancillary costs. ''We are rapidly approaching a situation where we not only have nowhere to put people, but it is prohibitively expensive to go on locking people up while their claims for asylum are tested.''  There is no-where for the ring-ins to go except to a town near you.  I do not want anymore muslims or black Africans around me, do you?
     They will go AWOL from this program and finish up in nesting reas that they are turning into enclaves and ghettos, a hot-spot of muslims.   I do not want anymore muslims around me and our community does not need anymore.
      If allowed to happen this will turn into a broader program and we will see those detained released.  there are over 6thousand in Detention at last count and that number is rising by the week.  There is no deterrent for these ring-ins, the only deterrent is the weather and monsoon season is over this year and already we see two boats this week.

Here are a couple of questions I would like to ask.               

• If they are let out to help with clean-up and hurt themselves what happens then? $$$$$$$$
• If they are let out and go AWOL what happens then? lost in capital cities, more resources to find them? $$$$
• If there are 1million here with Temp Visas why can't they assist in the clean-up?
• Where will they stay if allowed out, I mean the people affected by the floods are looking for somewhere to stay, are Govt. thinking of share accommodation?
• Will specialty facilities/food/ prayer mats be brought up with them?
• Why can't those on the Dole or those on Weekend detention in the jails assist in clean-up?

Swap Places!,

             Today on hearing of another death of an Australia soldier I immediately felt sick, first it was a knot in my stomach, then sadness, then anger.  The knot stemmed from thoughts of those muslim taliban bastards getting a hard on every-time they kill one of the 'occupiers', 'infidels'  The sadness comes from thoughts of family being informed that a loved one has been killed, and the anger goes to the Australian Govt. for not bringing our people home.  

             I do not understand how on one hand we can have boatloads of 'asylum seekers' coming here, mostly from Afghanistan, most young healthy male muslim and then on the other hand have our healthy young men going over there to Afghanistan to fight.  Why can't we change it around and bring our men home and send the Afghan youth back to Afghanistan.  I for one do not want our men and women to stay in that cesspit for one minute longer.

              Back in 2001 I believed we should be there, I believed that maybe we make a difference but now after 10yrs and knowing the history of the place I say we should hot foot it outa' there, pronto!.  The people of that dreaded country do not want our help, any time we rebuild something or construct a school or hospital the taliban blow it up the next day,.  Don't ask me why they despise us so much because I do not know nor understand the reasoning of a mindset that goes back thousands of years.

              BRING OUR TROOPS HOME, the war in Afghanistan can never be won, it started long before we set foot in the place and will continue long after we leave.  Time to concentrate on being closer to home, defend our country.  I would be proud and honoured to have our troops here at home looking out for us, I would sleep better at night knowing one of the good guys were on watch tonight.

Australian Soldier killed in Afghanistan

Corporal Richard Edward Atkinson

              Today as I sit here and whinge about the weather, a family on the other side of the country is informed that someone they love has been killed in Afghanistan.  Another fine soldier gone.  My thoughts are with his family and loved ones and I weep for them as I think of a life cut short and a life that could have been filled with many good years of love, memories, good times and family.   As his family grieve at this time I offer prayers.
           Corporal Richard Edward Atkinson was born in Tasmania and has family in WA, he was also to marry his finance Dannielle. Richard's family have described him as a funny guy who would always put a smile on someone face and he also was a family man.  Acting defence force chief Lieutenant General David Hurley extended the deepest sympathy on behalf of the defence force to Corporal Atkinson's family.

              Young twenty-two year old Corporal Richard Edward Atkinson had his life snatched away at about 9.30am Wednesday (afgh time) when a IED took his life in the Tangi Valley near Deh Rahwod, about 30 kilometres west of Tarin Kowt.  Australia's last fatality occurred in the same insurgency hotspot. Corporal Atkinson and another soldier were participating in a foot security patrol with the Afghan National Army at the time of the incident.  The other soldier was wounded and is in a stable condition.  He was treated at the scene then flown by US helicopter to the hospital at the main base at Tarin Kowt.  Both soldiers were members of the Australian Mentoring Task Force (MTF-2) t

                 This was Corporal Atkinson's first deployment to Afghanistan but had been to Indonesia for Operation Padang Assist a humanitarian mission following the 2009 earthquake there.

             ********* Since the launch of operations in late 2001, this is our twenty second loss of life and our first of 2011.  As with every fatality, there will be an internal Defense inquiry.
